1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the apk2 platform and its users ("Members"). All services provided through the apk2 website, mobile version, or application are governed by these Terms.

Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account may result in the deposit being cancelled and the account being suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal:

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, a bonus code must be used with the first deposit (where applicable).

5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another player.
• apk2 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if manipulation or misuse of an offer is suspected.

6. Gaming Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk2 platform:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or automation tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Misconduct or harassment toward platform staff.
• Misuse of the bonus program or attempting to obtain bonuses fraudulently.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or for a minor's use.

If any of the above violations are proven, apk2 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

apk2 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or account closure request).

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned, but any bonus-related funds may be forfeited if the Terms have been violated.
